INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will only be online only.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases and is subject to all applicable sales tax. (3% reduction is available, see payment terms.)
PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, company or personal checks upon verification by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium will be given to payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank). Payments will be taken at the auction location in Englewood on March 9th & 10th from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card or at Roller & Associates office (on Friday ONLY).
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on March 9th, 10th & 11th from 9am - 4pm.
