How to Update Your Card on File | Roller Auction Help Center

You can manage your payment methods directly within your Roller Auction account.

How to Add or Remove a Card

To update your card on file:

  1. Log into your account
  2. click on Account in the menu
  3. Go to the Credit Card tab
  4. From there, you can:
    Add a new card
    Delete an existing card

Updating an Existing Card

If you need to update details (such as expiration date or billing information):

• You will need to delete the current card
• Then re-enter the updated card information

At this time, cards cannot be edited once they are saved.


Can I Have More Than One Card on File?

Yes, you can save multiple cards to your account.

If you have more than one card saved, be sure to:

• Select the card you want to use
• Set it as your default card


Important: Default Card and Auto-Charge

Your default card will be used for automatic payments.

• Purchases under $500 will be automatically charged to your default card after the auction closes

Make sure your default card is:

• valid
• up to date
• the one you want to be charged


Helpful Tips

• Always double-check your default card before bidding
• Remove old or expired cards to avoid issues
• Update your card ahead of auction closing to prevent payment delays
