How to Whitelist Roller Auction Emails

These instructions will help you walk through steps to make sure you don't miss important emails. 

To ensure you receive important auction notifications, invoices, and bidding updates, please add the following email addresses to your safe sender list:

• auctions@rollerauction.com
• auctionnotices@rollerauction.com

Whitelisting these emails helps prevent messages from going to your spam or junk folder.

Why This Is Important

If our emails are filtered into spam or junk folders, you may miss:

• outbid notifications
• winning bid confirmations
• invoices and payment instructions
• removal information

How to Whitelist Emails

Outlook / Hotmail (Outlook.com)

  1. Log into your email account
  2. Click the Settings (gear icon) in the upper right
  3. Select Mail → Junk Email
  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
  5. Enter:
    • auctions@rollerauction.com
    • auctionnotices@rollerauction.com
  6. Click Save

Microsoft Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click Home → Junk → Junk Email Options
  3. Select the Safe Senders tab
  4. Click Add
  5. Enter both email addresses
  6. Click OK

Gmail

Option 1: Add to Contacts

  1. Open an email from Roller Auction
  2. Click the sender name
  3. Select Add to Contacts

Option 2: Create a Filter

  1. Click the gear icon → See all settings
  2. Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses
  3. Click Create a new filter
  4. In the From field, enter:
    auctions@rollerauction.com OR auctionnotices@rollerauction.com
  5. Click Create filter
  6. Check Never send it to Spam
  7. Save

Yahoo Mail

  1. Go to Settings → More Settings → Filters
  2. Click Add new filters
  3. In the From field, enter the Roller Auction email addresses
  4. Save the filter

Apple Mail (iPhone / Mac)

  1. Open an email from Roller Auction
  2. Add the sender to your Contacts
  3. If the email is in your junk folder, tap Move to Inbox or Not Junk

Additional Tip

If you find a Roller Auction email in your spam or junk folder:

  1. Open the email
  2. Click Not Spam or Not Junk

This helps your email provider recognize future messages as safe.
