Item Pickup and Removal Instructions
If you are the winning bidder on an item, it is your responsibility to pick up your purchases during the scheduled removal period listed in the auction. Removal dates, times, and location details are provided in the auction listing and on your invoice.
When Items Must Be Picked Up
Each auction has a specific removal window. These dates are listed in the auction terms and on each lot page.
Buyers must pick up their items during the scheduled removal period.
If you are unable to attend during those times, you may send a representative or arrange for a third-party shipping or transportation company.
What to Bring for Pickup
Buyers are responsible for bringing anything necessary to safely remove their items, including:
• Proper tools
• Labor or helpers
• Packaging materials
• Tie-downs or straps
• Appropriate vehicles or trailers
Auction staff may not be able to assist with loading unless it is specifically stated in the auction terms.
Location of Items
Items may be located at:
• Roller Auction facilities
• Government agencies
• Business liquidation sites
• Off-site locations
The exact location will be listed on the lot page and in the auction information.
Be sure to review the location before bidding.
Sending Someone Else to Pick Up Your Items
If someone else will be picking up your purchases on your behalf, they should bring:
• A copy of the paid invoice
• The bidder name or bidder number
This helps staff verify that the items are being released to the correct party.
Shipping and Transportation
Roller Auction typically does not arrange shipping for buyers.
If you require shipping or transportation, you must arrange it directly with a third-party carrier or freight company.
Be sure to schedule pickup within the removal window.
Items Not Picked Up
Items that are not removed during the scheduled removal period may be subject to:
• storage fees
• forfeiture of the item
• disposal of the item
Please plan ahead to ensure your items are picked up on time.
Helpful Tips
• Review removal dates before placing bids.
