What if I Accidentally Placed a Bid on the Wrong Item?

All bids placed at Roller Auction are considered binding. Because auctions move quickly and other bidders rely on active bids, bids cannot typically be canceled once they are placed.

Why Bids Cannot Be Removed

Online auctions are designed to be fair to all bidders.

When a bid is placed:

• Other bidders may respond to that bid
• The auction may extend
• The price of the item may change

Allowing bids to be removed would disrupt the auction process and impact other bidders.

What You Should Do

If you believe you placed a bid in error, contact us immediately:

info@rollerauction.com

While changes are not guaranteed, our team can review the situation.

Important Reminder

If you are the winning bidder, you are responsible for completing the purchase, including:

• payment
• item pickup within the removal period

Failure to complete the transaction may result in:

• cancellation of the sale
• loss of bidding privileges
• additional fees

How to Avoid Accidental Bids

• Double-check the lot number before bidding
• Review item descriptions and photos carefully
• Confirm your bid amount before submitting
• Use Max Bid carefully and review your entry before placing it
