If you consigned items with Roller Auction, you can track your sales and expect payment shortly after the auction concludes.
When Will I Receive My Consignor Check?
Consignor checks are mailed approximately 15 business days after the auction date.
This allows time to:
• collect payments from buyers
• finalize invoices
• complete accounting and reconciliation
Please note that mailing time may vary depending on postal delivery.
How to See What Your Items Sold For
You can view your items and their sale prices at any time by logging into your account.
Steps to View Your Sales
- Log into your Roller Auction account
- Go to your Watchlist
- Use the dropdown menu and select:
“Items I Am Selling”
When Can I See Sale Prices?
You can view your items:
• During the auction – as bids are being placed
• After the auction – with final sale prices
This allows you to track performance in real time and review final results once the auction closes.
Helpful Tips
• Check your items during closing to monitor bidding activity
• Review final prices after the auction ends
• Make sure your mailing address is up to date to avoid delays receiving your check
