Can Someone Else Pickup My Auction Items?

Yes. If you are unable to attend the scheduled removal period, you may send someone to pick up your auction purchases on your behalf. This could include: an employee, friend or family member, transportation company, shipping or freight carrier.

What Your Representative Needs to Bring

Anyone picking up items on your behalf should bring:

• A copy of the paid invoice
• The bidder name or bidder number

This allows our staff to verify that the items are being released to the correct party.

Buyer Responsibility

The winning bidder remains responsible for:

• ensuring items are picked up during the scheduled removal period
• providing the necessary equipment, labor, and transportation
• coordinating with any third-party shipping company

Shipping and Freight Pickup

If you hire a freight or shipping company to pick up your items, please ensure they:

• arrive during the scheduled removal times
• have the paid invoice
• bring the proper equipment to safely load the items

Roller Auction may not be able to assist with loading unless stated in the auction terms.

Important Reminder

Even if someone else is picking up your items, the winning bidder remains responsible for the purchase and removal of the items.

Items not removed during the scheduled removal period may be subject to forfeiture, storage fees, or disposal.
