How to Reset Your Bidder Password
If you forgot your password or are having trouble logging in, you can reset your password in just a few steps.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Visit the Roller Auction login page and click:
“Forgot Password”
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your bidder account and submit the request.
Step 3: Check Your Email
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
• Be sure to check your inbox
• If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder
Step 4: Create a New Password
Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Once completed, you can log in with your new password.
If You Do Not Receive the Reset Email
If you do not receive the password reset email:
• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure you entered the correct email address
• Add auctions@rollerauction.com and auctionnotices@rollerauction.com to your safe sender list
